Best ways to clean brushes?

I just tried to clean my makeup brushes but I still have product (specifically powder and foundation) on them, and no matter how much I try, the product would still remain 😭 in the past I’ve used the cleaners and wipes from Sephora, and just now I tried cleaning them with the Real Techniques makeup cleaner.

Baby shampoo/soap. It works miracles but is gentle enough to not destroy your brushes :) just mix and little in your hand with water and scrub them

Wipes aren't gonna do. You need to just clean each individual brush until the water is clear. That's how I know when my brushes are clean. It's such a bitch to get foundation out of my brushes too especially if there not cleaned for a few weeks. Maybe try cleaning it once a week for now on so you don't have to worry about foundation build up and then it'll be easier to clean.

I like to soak my brushes for a bit first. I’ve tried everything as well and the only thing that works for me is gentle dish soap and olive oil. I just mix equal parts into a bowl, let the brushes soak, and then clean them on a brush pad.
