My supply is dwindling and I can’t seem to do anything to get it to go up. I don’t know what to do anymore 😭😭😭😭 my baby is 14w.

No matter what ends up happening, you did great! 14 weeks is great. My supply ran out after just 3 weeks. I tried everything. My daughter was underweight and wasn't gaining enough so we had to supplement, which affected my supply. Be proud of yourself. Whether you can build up that supply or not. You did it!

drink lots of water and try pumping every hour until ur milk comes back then push it back to every 2-3 hours when you feel like you're getting enough

Legendairy supplements are pretty grand! I went from pumping a good four ounces to only getting drops and I'm seeing a comeback. Also power pumping (though I'm sure you've already tried that).
