my baby is 2.5 week old. I have read about the Moro reflex, where babies suddenly gets startled by a sound. or anything and this open their arms.

but my baby gets startled when it's all quite. it happens a lot when I am breastfeeding. he will fall asleep on the Breast. when he is almost done I don't immediately wake him up and let him sleep on the Brest for couple minutes. but then suddenly he wakes up with suddenly all startled even though it was pin drop silence.

I thought this reflex only happens when there is a suddenly noise.

anyone else has experienced this ?
