We’ve been trying for a couple months now, so I’m pretty familiar with the drill. I don’t let myself get excited and I especially won’t test before 14 DPO. Well, today being Sunday and 12 DPO I thought I’d take a test, just for fun. I knew it wouldn’t be positive so I didn’t think anything of it.

Once I saw that second line turn I started laughing and giggling and running around the house. I think my dogs thought I was going insane. My husband is at work I don’t have anyone else to tell. I honestly don’t know what to do next!

Should I wait a day to take another and then tell him? Take another today and then tell him today? Help!

This is my first pregnancy/positive. I know that there is a possibility that it is too early to be excited, so I honestly don’t know what to do next.. I’m hesitant to believe this is real.

Update:

I went and bought a couple more pregnancy tests just to confirm. I also bought this sweet giraffe. Planning on showing my husband as soon as he gets home.
