i dont know the dosage im suppose to take a day ?? anybody know

I only take one a day. It says 2 but the folic acid  is to high for me so I take it once a day (That’s what the OB said) idk. U could ask ur OB or your midwife

I take them .. the bottle says take two a day. So that’s what I’ve been doing.

I took those but raspberry and lemonade flavored and I couldn't quite stomach them, definitely have food in you when you take it though
