Hooded eyes makeup
I have hooded eyelids and have no idea how to do eyeliner good 😅 I feel like doing it just a normal way doesn't look good! Looks perfectly shaped when my eyes closed but when it's open it folds weirdly and doesn't look right 😩 any tips at all would help..
