Rebuilding uterine lining after two MMC/two D&Cs

Hey Everyone - sadly, I had a second miscarriage at 10 weeks this week and had my second D&C; this past Friday (Feb. 23). I had my first missed miscarriage at 12 weeks in early November 2017, followed by a first D&C; that same month. Does anyone have any good advice or tips on both what I can do to rebuild my uterine lining now and how to help get my period back faster? I am concerned as I have had two D&Cs; in a four month period and want to get my uterus back in shape and ready for trying and am hoping to get my period back as quickly as I got it back after the first D&C; (which was just over one month later). I am going to be seeing a fertility specialist soon as well for consultation and to hopefully go on a medical regimen to help me carry future pregnancies that will hopefully be viable, but I want to work on rebuilding my uterus' lining ASAP.
