I could not stop shaking and crying for joy! I cannot believe I have been so blessed!! I downloaded this app about 2 days before my fertility window and on the first try, and 3 months after my husband’s father suddenly passed away, we’re pregnant & due on our 7th year wedding anniversary!!!

Little backstory, I’m 26, my husband is 32 and we’ve been married for 6 1/2 years. I’ve never been pregnant, so this is a first for us both all around. When I was 5 years old, I was diagnosed with a lifelong autoimmune disease. When my husband and I got married in 2011, we knew we wanted kids one day, but since my disease was really unpredictable at that time (and we were still looking for the right combination of immunosuppressant medication and chemo) we waited. For years! Until about 2 years ago we found the right combo that works for me! After so many years of pain, I finally felt some relief. A 1 1/2 years ago, my doctor and I decided to test the meds to see if I could handle being off and then getting back on (without my crazy strong immune system fighting the meds). It worked! The second time starting treatment, (after 6 months on treatment and a 6 month break) it took a little longer to get any benefit (7 months) but once I felt better, we decided to wean off all meds for 3 months before officially TTC.

And this is it! Years ago, I was diagnosed with PCOS and my doctor told me so many things ranging from it being next to impossible for me to conceive, to just going straight to adoption, but my husband really wanted to try the natural way. I have been praying like crazy, on my knees that God will bless us with a child and HE DID! He heard my prayer and on our first month after getting the OK from my doc to start trying on Feb. 5th, I got my BFP!!
