Biting and sceatching problem

My 2 month old kitten likes to play with my hands with biting and scratching he’s not super aggressive but my hands like you see in the picture are full of scratches.
I bought him many toys to play with and try to avoid playing with him with my hands but at night when I go to sleep he comes next to me and start biting and scratching my hand and attacking me to play.
