What's a good age to have a baby?

Significant other and I have differing opinions on a good time to have our first child. Neither of us want to be too old since we want to be able to still do things with the child by the time he/she gets older.

Everyone is going to have a different response with this one. In my opinion, if you & your significant other are both in a good place in your life (financially, happy, staying on your feet) then I don’t see why not! It’s obviously a forever commitment so just keep that in mind. Good luck!

There’s no perfect timing to have a baby. But I would make a check list of things to have ready, once you’re there then that sounds like a good age to have a baby.
•Happy marriage- good communication, same views on raising a child.
•Financially stable- funds to support a child, own a house? Stable place to live?
•Career? Education?
•Goals? Where do you see yourself in 5-10 years? Does a baby fit into that?
•Supportive friends and family?

I’ll be 27, husband will be 37 when we have our first. Personally, I think it’s the right age for us. We are financially stable, have our own house, have higher education, and are ready for a baby. Maturity-wise as well. You are a different person the closer you get to your late 20s and early 30s. I will be a much better parent now than what I could have been 3-5 years ago...

There’s no certain age, people can be 30 years old and not be stabled (financially, physically, mentally). Whenever you are stabled enough to bring a child in to this world then thats when you know your ready.

it's never a good time it just happens and you just go along with it young is better 19 and up don't want to be old chasing around kids
