Double stroller worth it?

Just found out I’m 5 weeks pregnant and I have a son that will be almost 2 when the baby arrives. I’m wondering if a double stroller is worth it since he’s still going to be little. Not so much the double strollers that are wide but the ones that have one in front of the other, one spot for toddler and other for newborn. Anyone going through this or have any insight??

I have the baby jogger city select and love it! My oldest was 2 1/2 when my second was born and wasn’t ready to walk everywhere without getting whiny and tired. Once she outgrew it I used it as a single. Still have it and plan on using it with 2&3. Plus you can get a kick board for it and they can stand while you push.

I’ll just tell you this....... I had my second when my first was 2 years also. The 2 year old broke her knee and was in a cast by the time I had the second. Carrying and infant and a toddler with a hip high cast was awful! Just get the stroller!

I’m planning on getting one. My kid is two, but will be nearly three once this ones here. We go on a lot of outings so we’ll need it.
