Really hoping to be pregnant..,

I think I had implantation bleed about two weeks ago. I still haven’t had my period, but I took a test anyways just in case. It came out negative, but I’m really hoping I’m pregnant. I want my daughter and the younger sibling to be close together in age. I have a c-section with my daughter 6 months ago. My OB said I’m allowed to have a baby within 18 months postpartum. Yeah it’s a tiny bit early, but I’m really hoping I’m pregnant
