fertility boost?

anyone use, or know of any safe natural supplements that boost fertility? We're going on month 8....

Here’s what I’m doing:
Pre-seed around my peak day.
Eating plenty of greens and oatmeal and taking vitamin E and a prenatal every day throughout my cycle. Also drinking about 1 gallon of water a day.
Drinking 6 oz organic pomegranate juice (I get one with no sugar added) and 2 cups of red raspberry leaf tea everyday from CD1 until around ovulation.
Eating tons of pineapple and 3 Brazil nuts around my fertile window and through my 2WW.
