2nd Birthday Party With Classmates?

A lot of kids in my daughter’s daycare are having birthday parties and inviting the class. We are definitely having family over for pizza one night but we can’t decide if having a party at a gym or something is worth it at this age. What are you all doing for your kids 2nd Birthday?

I’m having a party and inviting his classmates. However, last year we only had family for pizza and spent the day with him at a splash pad splashing around. I will say not to let the other kids dictate what you do for your son. Every year your economic situation may be different (I wasn’t taking on too many clients last year and couldn’t afford nearly as much) - and there’s will be too. 
Little moments add up to big memories. A pizza party with your family can be what’s in your heart and be perfect. You just have to do what’s best.

A family gathering is what we will do for our girls 2nd birthday just to keep it special and closeknit with people who genuinely want to celebrate

My oldest will be 7 and this will be the first year we do anything for her with her school friends. My middle will be 2 and we are just having cake and ice cream.
