Getting back in shape
This question is mainly for full time working moms w babies.
My girl is 9 months old, almost completely ebf. (Because I don’t pump quite enough during the day, she gets about one bottle of formula a day, and some solids).
I bring that up bc I just have no time for myself. I’m getting sick of it.
I gained 40 lbs in my pregnancy and I lost all but 3 lbs in the week after giving birth. That’d be great, but I wasn’t at my ideal weight beforehand.
My question is: mommas in my situation: how did you find time to eat well and exercise?? Are there baby steps I can take? I am a sugar monster right now, can’t get enough. I’ve been like that since starting to bf.
Any tips would be much appreciated!
