Food is my enemy

I'm in a place in my life right now where I've gained about 5-10lbs over the past 2-3 months due to extremely poor eating habits. These eating habits were caused by "Now that I'm adulting, my schedule is busier than it has ever been in my entire life so I'll pick up takeout after work", "Well it is the holiday, one slice of chocolate cake won't hurt", "I've had a long stressful day at school and work, I just really need some comfort food" and "Lemme alone, I'm pmsing, I eat what I want!" Now that I've realized all of this, I have committed back to exercising daily but I do not wanna eat! I know that I have to eat but I really don't wanna eat at all because of my recent weight gain. Idk what to do because food literally pisses me off but I don't wanna eat 😞
