Pop it with a small clean needle and drain it gently, then wash it with soap and ice it. 
If you just go in and pop that bitch, it will swell and scab.

wash face and hands. pop it. then apply zit cream with salicylic acid or benziol peroxide

Careful with popping it! That area is called the triangle of death. Make sure you wash your hands and the area. There are ways for an infection to go to your brain if it’s not kept clean and if you touch it too much. I use tooth paste because it dries the area out and the pimple will shrink
