anybody experience headaches.? during pregnancy

so these past few days (more than 3 days) i had been having headaches they start off from my forhead all the way down to my neck on ny left side and there not all day they come and go iv been drinking lots of water eating and every thing i sleep well too what am i doing wrong?? im scared its somthing wrong with me in 13 weeks and 7 days pregnant.

Have you changed pillows recently, or changed sleeping positions. My pregnancy pillow is a little too hard for my head and I have to sleep with my normal pillow like once a week so I don't get headaches from my neck straining and the pressure on my ear

my first preg symptom was headaches could be the increase in blood flow. try cold compress
