HELP with BBT

Ok, so I just started keeping track of my temps. I woke up at 4am to pee. I took my temp before I got up to pee [96.8]. Then when I woke up at 9am I tempted again right away this time it came up as 97.1 So my question is which temp do I record? 96.8 or 97.1?
