Medical tests in pregnancy

I hot a notification from uscis to get medical tests done for form i-693.

Not sure what all tests they require, but they have some kind of skin test, gonorrea and syphillis testing, flu shots, mmr shots etc.

Has anyone done this in pregnancy? How can i not get the shots or anything that can harm the baby and reply them? My doctor is not accrediated with uscis so they have no idea.

Also, i am early in pregnancy, so don’t wanna do anything that would create doubts in my mind.
