All my symptoms are gone!

I am 7w5d today and all of my pregnancy symptoms, I had very few to begin with, have totally disappeared. I mean gone. This isn’t like some people who comment and say “I have no symptoms BESIDES...” no. I have ZERO symptoms. I am really freaked out. Like bad. :(
