Does pink discharge mean i’m pregnant?

Im not quite sure if my period is late or not because it doesn’t always come on the exact same day, but I’ve been having unprotected sex and I’m not on birth control. Today I thought i gotten my period but when I checked it was just a lot very pink discharge. I’ve never had this before and I read that it could be “implantation bleeding,” the first sign of early pregnancy. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any chance this is not implantation bleeding?
