Long nap

Has anyone’s little one been taking long naps? Like as in 3-5 hour naps!? My sister watches my son during the day and recently both at home and there he’s been taking long naps. Usually 3.5-4 hour but today she woke him up after 5 hours!! On top of 12-13 hours of nighttime sleep. I’m not concerned really bc he’s very happy and seems fine. He is working on 4 top teeth and was out in the fresh air for the first time in awhile the past few days. So I’m wondering if maybe it’s three or a growth spurt maybe?

*he does normally take two, two hour naps totally 4 hours so the total length is pretty normal.
