I’m a Registered nurse with my masters degree in pediatric oncology and I can tel you right now not vaccinated your children is absolutely selfish. It 100% does not cause autism. Not vaccinating your children is dangerous and professionally and personally I will never be able to fully understand why parents are against it. These diseases are preventable. Vaccinate your children.

Vaccines are the reason children don’t suffer from Polio, measles, MRSA, etc. anymore.

I personally believe, no vaccinations do not cause autism. However, my sister has a son who started having seizures the day after his immunizations at 4 month old. He’s 9 now and has had brain surgery. He’s has severe epilepsy, mentally delayed and autism among their diagnosis’s. She believes the immunizations caused it because there is no medical explanation for his problems, as he was born a healthy baby

Vaccine injury is very real, and i hope it never happens to any of you. But no, vaccines don’t cause autism. There is actually a few practices somewhere in Florida that wont vaccinate until age 3 because you will likely know if your child has any form of autism by that age and cant put blame on vaccines. 
My daughter was hospitalized after her 2 month shots, allergic to one of the common ingredients in them. She has been allergic to so many things & she has to take high dose medication 2x a day to prevent breaking out in hives due to skin sensitivity also.
We don’t vaccinate because she can’t, i was so on board before i had her to vaccinate. However, there are many that cant whether it be like my daughter, transplant recipients like my brother, or other medical conditions. 
I think vaccinating without a reason is crazy, if you are scared of autism and that is your only concern, its silly not to.
Would also like to add, if you didn’t know they actually have a vaccine injury court and out of the 3.6ish billion dollars they had to fork out last year they were mainly for strains of the flu shot (highest amount of injury), MMR, and Tdap. 
Do your on research and don’t let people make you feel bad no matter what choice you make. Best of luck😀

Anyone can have a reaction to any medicine, food etc. While I'm not sure about autism, yes absolutely a child can have an averse reaction to vaccines. Rare, but it happens  (see vaccine related injury).
I think too many vaccines are given at too young of an age. For example, hepatitis b is contracted through sex or needle sharing. I got it in middle school. Does a toddler really need it? 
I research the illnesses that the vaccination prevents and decide at what age it's necessary to give (eg pertussis is more of a threat than hepatitis b)
