Is it safe to eat super spicy foods while pregnant?

I'm only 6 weeks and really want my super spicy ramen right now, but after looking online all I get is "yes it's safe" but I don't know if they mean a regular spicy (lower than Jalapeño)

or the kind of spicy that burns more coming out than in 🤔 (think anything higher than habanero or, if you think cayenne is spicy, higher than cayenne, like a lot higher).

I've eaten super spicy all my life and I'm guessing if it says yes then I should be ok since I'm used to it

But I'm kind of on the fence now.

So I guess I'll eat more cereal for now 🙄 until I get some insight.
