Losing baby weight
So I have already lost all my pregnancy weight I'm 3 weeks pp and weigh less than before I was pregnant however all the weight loss is in my upper body my shirts I can wear a size smaller than before I was pregnant but my hips, butt, love handles are all way bigger than before I was pregnant what will help get me back down to my normal pants size there? I'm still recovering and want an idea what to do when I'm cleared by my doctor
