Eating healthy

I’m 18 and 1/2 weeks & I really want to eat healthy ; like fruits and veggies and whole grains . But i feel like it’s impossible. I make sure i eat fruit everyday , and i drink my water like I’m suppose to .. but this little girl makes me crave burgers , chicken wings , and pizza . And when I’m like “ no let’s eat some whole grain pasta “ and i think about it i start crying because I’m craving other things . How can i keep her healthy 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️
