Okay so 2 weeks ago I found out I have an ovarian cyst. I got my period 4 days late, this is the FIRSt tampon I put in, and it looks like this. Is this the cyst coming out? It is it just overflow from being 4 days late? This tampon was only in for about 4 or 5 hours.

EDIT***: okay do I guess I should’ve specified, THIS IS A TAMPON. I was concerned about the blood or whatever is on it. I wasn’t saying this whole thing came out of me.
