Sore boobs for a good 10 days now nothing ? Anyone had this & still got BFP?

Af due today she’s a no show , had a few symptoms , but my breast were really sore & now they are fine just wondering if anyone has had this & still got a BFP & reasons why they no longer hurt ? Or is af just taking her time x
