Swollen feet?

I’m 4 months postpartum and my swelling went away after birth but, the past few days my feet and legs have swelled up & it takes a while for it to go away. I’m not sure what to do. P.S I added a picture of my one foot & I know I need a pedicure I just wanna show how swollen they are.
