Twix?

I read somewhere soy is not good in pregnancy. Twix has listed soy in allergy information. I am wondering can i eat twix?
First timester, first time pregnant.

We only drink soy milk in our house.
Don’t believe everything you read or what everyone says you ‘can’t do’ during pregnancy. Most of it is bullshit.

I'm Asian and have had soy pretty much once or twice daily my whole life,  whether it be actual beans, milk, tofu or tempeh. During pregnancy, same. I'm 20wk today. Moderation is key. I'd also stick to non GMO, organic products if you're worried about genetic modification or chemical consumption but I think I digress. Twix. They're fine in moderation. 😂

I say eat what you want but don’t overdo it :) but that’s with anything.
I read the same thing about soy but I’m a vegetarian so it helps me get protein. I certainty do not have soy daily. Maybe 3 times a week? I get protein elsewhere.
But eat your twix girl! People used to drink and smoke while pregnant and those babies (our parents) are fine! I can’t imagine twix even comparing to that haha

Do what you feel is best for you, but honestly there are so many claims and people saying to avoid this or that without having large scale studies done or anything to support it that I avoid the major obvious ones, and listen to my body for the rest. I don’t have unpasteurized products, no raw meats or seafood, and I avoid caffeine, obviously no drinking or anything. But on occasion, I’m guilty of having had some of my husbands subway (I’ve heard you should avoid deli meat), or have had McDonalds (some women avoid fast food their whole pregnancy), etc. My baby and myself are healthy and fine. So I say listen to your body and self. If you don’t feel comfortable, don’t. But if you want to, a little here or there won’t hurt.

Yes. The soy is a minimal amount used as a binding agent in the chocolate (soy lecithin).
I agree soy is bad for you... in pregnancy and in general, but you’re probably going to get some strong pushback from folks here.
