Possible shortening cervix?

Hey everyone.  So, I had my anatomy scan today and baby looks perfect.  The tech went to check my cervix and decided she needed to do a transvaginal ultrasound instead.  When I talked to the doctor she said she wants to see me in 2 weeks for another ultrasound to make sure my cervix isn't shortening.  How concerned should I be?

Mine is checked every 2 weeks becuase i am high risk due to having my first son at 27 weeks. They do them all vaginal becuase thats the best way to check. if its below 2.5 cm i will need to be stitched. Yours could have looked a little shorter but it does change. Mine ranges from 3-4 cm which is fine. Dont worry to much if it was short they would i hope have talked to you more about it. maybe call and ask if they saw something or if its just a routine check.
