I’ve been getting shit from my boss about every little thing lately and today I had enough. I went and talked to the owner of the restaurant (family owned) and he told me that Hadi see potential in and wants me to be the “top”. I’ve already had a few remarks about being manager already (only been their 2 months) from Jamal and Sammi. And then this conversation. He is just pushing me to be better. I see that, but he doesn’t have to yell
