I am 24 with my first.

13 weeks and 1 day tomorrow.

My family isn’t the greatest (extended aunts and uncles, cousins) my parents and my father in law know.

Normally in my culture it’s time to announce but I would rather carry my child to full term than just tell everyone I had a baby. My mom thinks it is insane, my husband is with me because we just despise our families. His sister in law is a complete bitch and wants to control our lives. And my extended family always puts this bitter smile on and pretends to be happy.

Am I wrong for not wanting to tell anyone? It’s causing arguments between my mother and myself. Which I don’t want.
