Horrible ovary pains

So my last period was Dec 23 so I’ve been wanting my period to just come already and I’ve had no spotting or anything at all. Today’s and yesterday I’ve been having extremely sharp pains on my ovaries and it’s one at a time but the pain lasts seconds and just feels like it’s twisting or something then the pain just shoots down the side of my uterus and I can feel my cervix hurting as well. Then the pain will stop for 10-20 min then start on the other ovary down to my cervix. It hurts so bad but now I’m getting the lightest spotting since almost midnight last night but it’s such a faint orange I’m scared that it’s going to stop and won’t turn to a period😭
