Weird period or implantation bleeding?

So I thought for sure this was our month but on Sunday AF showed up or what I think is AF. Started off with some light cramping and spotting at first which is odd cuz normally my periods are extremely painful and heavy the first three days. For two days the bleeding was heavier but then it dwindles down to spotting...I'm so confused. Now today I've had more spotting than anything else. So my question is could this bleeding have been implantation bleeding?
