Three months out! 💪💪
38 weeks and 2.75 months out. Trying to eat well for myself and the babes. Happy with my results so far. Starting to get into a more regular active routine surfing 3 to 4 times a week and field hockey once a week.
Anyone have any online workout (quick and sweaty) suggestions?
