Is this test from a bad batch?

Is the control Line supposed to look like that light? first time using one of these. someone gave it to me about a year ago. I had it in safe keeping for a really late period cycle like the one I'm currently on.

I didn't look at the expiration date before throwing it in the trash. Just checked and it does say It expired 7 months ago in July 2017. I knew it didn't look right lol

Yeah maybe not a bad batch maybe it’s just old I would get a different test

It was probably expired if it was from a year ago. They have expiration dates on packaging.

I bought a cheap one at the dollar store for $2 and came back positive a day after my missed period. They don’t have to be the expensive ones to work. It’s best you just retest with another one.
