IBS HELP !! 😩

So tonight I’ve woken up for the second time in 2 months at 4 am with the worse pain in my stomach going to the point I got into my labour position with my two beauty’s and hoped for the best after a hour my oh found some wind eze tablets that seem to help oh and some zapain followed by a hot bath . Is anyone else struggling with IBs or isit just me I hate this agonising pain it physically make sick 🤒
