Lowering numbers


Hey ladies! A lot of you probably already know this, but I was surprised when I put it to the test today.

I checked my numbers 1 hour after I had lunch and they were at 121 so I decided to try walking in place and around the house for about 5 minutes, I checked my numbers again and they were at 99. Exercise makes a huge difference! Even just 5 mins. I did a workout the other day too and it was my best day for low numbers!
