As long as you can handle it. I make a wicked chicken curry for my husband and I, but nowadays every time I try to eat it, I get the worst heartburn.

I eat it all the time, no problems. 
But I’m used to eating it all the time. I’m from the south & that’s really all I eat anyway lol.
