I hit my boyfriend in the face in my sleep wtf.!

I was dreaming my boyfriend shook me awake told me I hit him in face while in my sleep I have no memory of hitting him I have never done this type of thing in my sleep ever. I feel bad about it. I don’t no why this has happened. I just can’t get over that I hit him I am not a violent person!
