What helped you get pregnant after unexplained infertility?

Hi ladies, please write what helped you. I have no idea what to do anymore... failed ivfs, few chemical pregnancies, tried so many things without luck!! Thank you

Idk if I can be any help bc I was only pregnant for 4w3d before I started bleeding 😔💔 but this month was the FIRST time i EVER got a positive pregnancy test so I was really excited I thought there was something wrong with me bc we had been trying for 16 months with nothing. But this month on top of taking Maca powder, evening Primrose oil pills, my prenatals, and guaifenesin, I also took myo-inositol. It was the first time I took myo-inositol! Also my bf for the past two months have been taking sperm boosting pills just Incase he has low sperm or anything lol 
I’m not sure if the combination of all the stuff I’ve been taking combined with perfect timing finally helped us conceive this month or what but it finally happened.Unfortunately it only lasted a few days after finding out but it has given me some other kind of hope bc now I know I’m not “broken” and in a few months when I’m feeling ready to start again i will have more patience. But that’s what I did and I hope u get your sticky bean soon!✨💫🙏🏼🤞🏼
