Headache Non-traditional Remedies?

Question

My husband has a headache he cannot shake. Painkillers don't touch it and heat pads/tea doesn't help either. Wondering if anyone has a remedy they use that works. Not looking for diagnosis (he's in contact with his doctor for that) just pain relief. Thank You!!!

Where is his pain? I’m prone to headaches when I’m dehydrated and/or eating a lot of processed foods. It usually helps when I foam roll or massage target areas of my neck instead of the actual area of pain.

have you tried an ice pack on the back of his head and hands/feet in warm water? It's supposed to draw the blood away from your head and make it better. I've done it and it does seem to help. I usually drink a pop too, the caffine always helps.

i have acute migraines. baths work for me it relax my head and allows me to fall asleep.

Believe it or not..get a potato and cut it in half longways and place on his head. The starch and coldness will ease his migraine it’s def nontraditional but it works

for me a can of coke does wonders. also i read that grape juice actually can help
