First ultrasound after ectopic pregnancy?

September 2017 I had an ectopic pregnancy that ruptured my tube. I was left with only one working ovary. I was 6w4d. Yesterday 3.1.18 I found out I’m pregnant! I called the dr and they don’t want to see me until 8 weeks. I’m worried that it’ll happen again and this is my last chance. I just want the peace of mind that baby attached in a good spot 😔 
Anyone have a similar situation? When was your 1st ultrasound?

I’m with you here. My appointment is Monday but I probably won’t  have an ultrasound till week 6. We can do this together.

I had a ruptured ectopic on 2.16.17 and am so nervous with the pregnancy. Dr office originally scheduled me for 3.20 for intake appt. my anxiety has been bad so I went in yesterday for confirmation of pregnancy with blood draw. 2nd blood draw is on Monday and will they added an ultrasound to my 3.20 appt. Today I am 4w6d and my hcg # was in the 5000s yesterday. 
I would say, let them know your fears and they should do what they can for you. Midwife said she didn’t want ultrasound until I was closer to 6w as it can be hard to tell exactly where baby is implanted.

Same here, having my first ultrasound at 6 weeks 4 days on 13 th March. I’m in the uk. X

I’m in a similar situation. I had an ectopic in July and had op to remove my right Fallopian tube. I’m now 5w pregnant and am entitled to an early scan (UK) which is during my 6th week - I’m going a week on Tuesday. I’m petrified this one is stuck too but have no way of knowing x
