I don’t know what to say

So I’m 20 weeks with number 2 and so excited! We had our scan last week which was great. But was told that my placenta is completely covering my os! So have to have another scan at 34 weeks! I’m a theatre nurse and find it hard with my early onset spd and now I don’t no what to do! I’m not very big bump wise and everyone keeps commenting on it, just thought I’d rant in here and see if anyone else is in the same boat?!
