Hurting and need HELP!

ok so for about 4 days now ive been feeling pressure on my lower abdomen and now for the past few days ive been burning when i pee but it eases up once im off the toilet but my V still is uncomfortable feeling and kinda burns for a few and im have watery white discharge it has no smell to it idk what it is , ive had uti b4 but i never had discharge and it would hurt constantly but idk . Does anyone in the medical field knkw what it could be or anyone else ?
