i got the copper iud after i had my daughter its a non hormonal birth control i figured that would be perfect for me cause i was a wreck when i was pregnant but holy fk! im 7 months post partum i didnt get a period till around 3 months pp and its been the worse periods of my life bleeding so much i go through 3 pairs of underwear a day and ita so embarrassing like i dont know how to handle these peiords. today i woke up crying because of these camps im having i dont wanna get out of bed but i have a daughter and im one of those no tv moms but when she woke up this morning i laid on the couch and put tv on for her. this is so painful guys. what can i do to reduce cramps i called my doctor they said they would give me a call Monday but in the mean time? and yaa that shit is comimg out im going to have to start tracking my ovulation amd using condoms with my hubby cause i can not handle this.
