Ovulation
In Aug 2017, I had 2 rounds of the Methantrexate shot due to ectopic pregnancy MC. Since then I've had 2 nornal periods. My last actual period was in November. We're really wanting to try again but do I even ovulate if I'm not having a period? Drs says my ovaries, tubes and uterus look fine. Anyone else have this problem or know a resolution? We really want to try to get pregnant again but I don't want to be disappointed if I don't get pregnant.
