4 Days Late & Light Cramping

When I started my period I was on birth control here and there, I also had irregular periods but once I stopped taking them completely and went to a regular cycle.

Lately my period has been 4 days late and I’m having light cramping, no bleeding or spotting has occurred but still trying to figure out what’s going on.

Side Note: I have unprotected sex but highly don’t think I could be pregnant.
